非常滿意 離車站近。 環境不錯 乾淨衞生 樓下有休的地方 可以免費寄存 設施齊全 環境舒適 有機會還會入住 但是按金的退還很慢

床單不是很乾凈 後來給換新的了 不過前台小哥服務還可以 送了歡迎飲料 房間不大 交通很方便 出去走幾分鐘就可以坐城軌列車到市中心

房間隔音太差了，隔壁電視聲音開大點這邊都能聽得見。半夜去找前台聯繫安保讓隔壁把聲音關小，這才能睡著的。

It's 5 min walk from the Royal Albert DLR station which is convenient but a bit far from central London. The staff is nice. The room and the bathroom are clean but small. Ok for a couple. Our room's window faces the London City airport and can see the planes taking off and landing. The DLR rail is just nearby. The noise is acceptable as there are double-layer windows. Just some noise is heard when planes taking off, but no planes taking off between 9pm to 7am

非常糟糕的一個酒店，安全性非常低! 大半夜員工不打招呼，直接用卡刷開了我的房門。如果不是我還醒著，沒法想象他們會做什麼事情! 事發後和亞非裔女員工對質，結果她完全不道歉，説是系統的問題!並且房間非常小，沒有冰箱，剩至連桌子都沒有!完全不值這個價格!好評都是刷的!

Really nice cosy and clean room with a big comfy bed and a great smart tv. Atmosphere downstairs is more hostel than hotel, very chill. Super close to London city airport, I could have walked if I’d been bothered. Would definitely stay again next time I’m flying out from there.

Really nice hotel. It has a trendy hostel vibe, lovely downstairs bar and social space. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy. Considering you are next to London City Airport, I barely heard any noise in the room and slept soundly. 30 mins to central London on the DLR and tube so a good option even if you plan to do tourist attractions in the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and the breakfast plentiful!
